Navigate among the various features in reports
This page labels and describes functionality shown in reports. Scroll down, or use the hyperlinks to the right to navigate to a specific section of the page.

Record Level Reports Preview Navigation
This reports preview is often accessed through a specific PMWeb record by clicking on the printer icon in the top record toolbar and selecting BI Reporting.
Cancel: Click to get out of reports preview and back to the project view.
PDF: Click to export as PDF.
Excel: Click to export as an Excel file.
Send Email: Click to open the email window.
Report Viewer: Click to open the report viewer (more details in the following sections).
Report Preview: Shows a preview of what the report would look like.
Reading Report Filters
Report filters/parameters are read like a book. This means that they are read left to right, and top to bottom. For example, the hierarchy is as follows: Region, Program, Residency, Project, etc.
The parameters follow a waterfall order when setting them. Changing an item changes everything after it. Changing "Program" will change "Residency," "Project," etc. but not "Region".
After changing the report filters, don't forget to click "View Report" on the right side of the screen.
Report Viewer Navigation
Scroll/Show Items: Use the arrows to scroll through notifications (typically used if there is a lot of data, several pages, etc.). The page size displays the number of notifications you want to appear on the screen. You can use the drop down menu to change the number of items on a page.
Search: Search for anything you're trying to find in the report.
Export: Click the dropdown to export the report in various ways. Note that most reports should be exported using a PDF format instead of Excel except for the Projected Quantities record.
Refresh: Click to refresh the report/report parameters.
Show/Hide: Click the arrow to show and hide the report parameters.
View Report: Click to generate a report based on the report parameters.
