ATTENTION: Ensure Pay Estimate Voucher and Pay Estimate Summary Amounts Match Before Submission

To help Accounting approve Pay Estimate Vouchers more quickly and reduce unnecessary Help Requests, please verify the following before submitting:

Cross-Check the Following Fields:

"Gross Estimate" at the top right of the Pay Estimate Voucher Report must match the "Gross Earnings" on the Pay Estimate Report.
"Doc Total" in the Payment Voucher Header (middle left of the Pay Estimate Voucher Report) must match the "Payment Due" at the bottom right of the Pay Estimate Report.
Retainage must be calculated properly. We are seeing instances where the retainage line is $0, yet a total retainage still appears on the voucher. Please ensure this is accurate and consistent.

Tip: The “Doc Total” on the Pay Estimate Voucher Report should reflect only the sum of non-retainage lines (Lines 6, 7, and 8) from the voucher page.

If you identify any discrepancies, please enter a Help Request with relevant screenshots so they can be addressed appropriately.

Starting May 16th, ALL PMWeb usernames will follow the @dot.state.co.us convention

All Users: To streamline logins across CDOT platforms, the PMWeb implementation team has implemented a new username schema. Moving forward, log in with your typical username, but append it with “@dot.state.co.us”. This also applies to contractors.

Old, outdated username: smithj
Correct, new username: smithj@dot.state.co.us

Note: If your original username included your middle initial, please include it in your new username.
