Basic system requirements and how to request access to PMWeb
NOTICE: Starting 5/16, add "@dot.state.co.us" to the end of your username when logging in to PMWeb.
Basic system requirements and how to request access to PMWeb
If you don't yet have access to PMWeb, you can request access through the DPPA page.
To access the Production environment, use this link.
To access the Test environment, you must be a subject matter expert involved in configuration. To access the Test link, please use this link.
To access the Training environment, you must be enrolled in a PMWeb Construction training course. These courses are currently only available to select pilot groups.
Once you reach this sign on page, ensure your username matches the username you use to log in to your CDOT computer. The username should be your last name and first initial@dot.state.co.us. Some usernames, like the one displayed, may also contain a middle initial.
After you click "Login", you may be directed to the Ping sign on page. Make sure that you have your username as last name and first initial@dot.state.co.us and use your NETWORK password. DO NOT USE 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' ON THE PMWEB LOGIN PAGE. Your password is your network password so you will need to go through the self service password link: One Identity Password Manager
Once you ensure your credentials are correct, click "Sign On" again.
The PMWeb platform and its in-system Guided Help functionality work best with the Google Chrome browser.
Use this browser when you are logging into and using PMWeb.
Please maximize your browser window width and ensure the zoom is at 100% so that important information and buttons show up properly.
If you attempt to log in and see a flashing yellow box and/or a constantly refreshing page, follow the instructions in this "Fix Flashing, Yellow Box Login Issue" job aid to resolve it. If this resolution does not work, please visit the Help page to get in contact with someone who can help.
