On the calendar, how can I see that the visit is scheduled as telehealth?
Telehealth sessions are indicated as such on the calendar with 'TH' in the service code description.
Note: The first question after clocking into a visit asks, “Is this visit being held via telehealth?” Answer appropriately.
What do I do about PCG signatures for telehealth visits?
Select “NO PARENT/PCG SIGNATURE”
In the “Explain” field, type “Telehealth”
Do I need to email anyone after a TH visit?
No.
The only thing you need to do is ensure the billing code is TH.
When scheduling, select the TH billing code OR when you add your signature at a visit, select TH.
Do I need to change the billing code when the visit is Telehealth?
Always ensure that a telehealth visit is set to the billing code TH. This image shows the code in browser. This code is found on the therapist signature page in the app.
