Missed & Make-Up Visits
How do I document a Missed Visit?
Missed visits are documented in the browser, on your calendar.
Tap the visit that was missed
In the left pop-up, tap the purple button
Select Missed Visit & answer the questions appropriately
Click save.
The Make-Up Visit will be indicated on your calendar by a light blue start next to the dark blue dot (see the key along the bottom of your calendar page).
Visits can NOW also be marked as Missed on the Mobile APP!!
How do I schedule a Make-Up visit?
CREATING A MAKE UP VISIT
Double click on an open space on calendar.
Enter the date.
Select the client.
Select the form type.
Select your name as employee.
Enter the time for makeup.
Next
Click the dollar sign.
Check the box "Is this a make-up Visit?"
Select the previously Missed Visit that you are doing a make up for.
click Save.
Make-Up Visits can NOW be scheduled on the Mobile APP!! NOTE: toggle on the Make-Up button & then select the date of the Missed Visit that the make-up is being scheduled for. Thanks!
