Re-Evals

How can I tell if a visit has been updated to a re-eval?

Your office team will update a regular routine visit to be a re-eval visit by updating the form type to a re-eval, and adding the authorized re-eval billing code.

Send an email to scheduling@pathfinderpediatrics.com if you do not see it in your calendar 48 hours prior to the visit needing to be completed. 

The subject line of the email should include "CubHub" and please "cc" your Area Manager as well. 

If you have questions about the auth status of your clients in Cubhub, please email CHauths@pathfinderpediatrics.com.  They are working super hard to get all auths entered!
