"Resetting Visits"
My schedule looks blank. What do I do?
Double check your filters.
First in the smart filter in the top right corner, click to ensure you see your team(s).
Clear/remove your name from the Care Manager field, click apply.
Next, in the filters across the top, ensure Clients = All, Status = All, and Employee = your name.
I forgot to clock-in. What now?
If you forgot to clock-in to a visit scheduled earlier in the week, “reset” it again for 24 hours to allow you to clock-in & document the visit.
Go to the visit in your calendar on the browser
Click the small blue button in the right corner of the visit
Click the ellipsis “…”, and then tap reset!
