Your Patient Access (PA) Team is here to match you with the clients who need your services!  They are working super hard to build caseloads to support you!

Patient Access is responsible for Admissions, Intake, Scheduling, Evals, Rescheduling, Restaffing, Waitlist Inquiries, and Interpretation Services:

Patients are assigned to your caseload based on the following information in Cubhub:

Evaluation Scheduling Process

When the patient is ready for evaluation completion, the eval schedule will be updated to a billable service code and you will receive an Outlook email message.


If the patient is NOT ready for evaluation at the end of the 3-week tentative date:

What happens if I need to reschedule an evaluation?


Need to reschedule? Reply to the email with a date and time you would like to reschedule.

What happens in the case of a DNQ eval?


The placeholder visits will be removed after the report is QA'd.

What happens when treatment authorization is received?
