Sending Diagnostics

I've been asked to send diagnostics, how do I do that? 

Great question.  Sending diagnostics is an important step to provide details information to Cubhub in order for them to be able to troubleshoot any issues you may experience on the mobile app.  Please tap the diagnostics button anytime you experience a pop-up or issue you annot resolve, and then follow up to let us know you have taken this step so that we can alert CH to look for the info.  The more detials you can provide us, the better - your name, client, name, date & time of visit, error your are seeing (w/screenshot if possible).  Thanks for your help!
