Communication Notes - Inbox

Do I enter communication notes regarding initial evaluations?

YES! Evaluating Clinicians:  when it comes to initial evaluations, communication notes are an important requirement !  Please take a moment to review the required communications below.

Please remember to add communication notes to the client chart (client profile > notes section) & tag your "intake coordinator" who is listed as a Care Team Member (client profile > Care Team).

Where do I enter Communication Notes or attempts to reach the family?  

These “notes” are found in the Client Profile > Notes section.  When entering a note, if you add someone in the "to" field, they receive a message in their inbox. 

Please enter phone calls or other communications with the client/family into a “Note” within CubHub.  Each attempt or point of contact should be recorded.  If needed, you can send these notes to any employee, i.e., cc: intake coordinators.

There are many places in CubHub where you can access “Notes”.  

You can add a note to the client's chart from the Client Profile > Notes > by clicking "+"  and here the "TO" field is not a required field IF you do not need to send the note to anyone and just want it to be of record in the child's chart.  

Notes also can be started from your Inbox, and when started here you will be required to enter the "to" field, just like an email.  Type in a name into the "TO" field & then scroll down past the group emails to select them.  

It is also important to review this section of the chart to look for auth updates or other communications form your admin team before reaching out for support.  

Communication notes can be entered into the chart from multiple locations for easy access depending on what you may be doing!  

You can enter communication notes from the Client Profile (as described above^^^), from the Inbox, from the Calendar, or even from the mobile app!  

This shortcut to the "notes" in now available from the calendar!!  Click "client" then the document icon to add a note to the client profile/chart.
