Editing and Rescheduling Visits

Can I edit edit and reschedule visits?

Yes! 

All scheduling adjustments will happen in the browser version, under the calendar icon from your taskbar on the left.  

Click on the visit, let the left panel refresh, and then you can make adjustments to the date & time as needed, click save!  

You may also drag and drop.  Long click on the visit, drag to the date needed and drop.  If you need to also change the time, follow the steps above.

In order for you to be able to access the visits you need on the mobile app, keeping your schedule up to date at all times is best practice!   Try to get into the habit of checking it daily before you head out the door to ensure you have what you need. 

How do I edit more than 1 visit at a time

In either the week or month view you can multi-select visits to edit them all at once.  At most, you will only be able to edit 1 month's worth of visits at a time.    

In the week or month view,  you can also use the check mark in the upper right hand corner to "select all" & get the checkmark in every blue dot on the page.  Then, click the "..." and edit, make the needed adjustments on the left hand panel & save!  

 I see duplicate visits and cannot remove them.  Who do I contact? 

Please reach out to your Area Manager/Clinical Manager/Clinical Lead to have visits removed.   Or, for COFK-N, submit a request via the Issues Log google Form.  

You are able to edit and reschedule visits, but not delete.  

Will I still be able to edit my visit after the PCG signs? 

Yes, except for the visit times.  You will still be able to edit clinical content in the note after the PCG signs up until you sign and fully submit the note.  

Please capture a PCG signature at the end of your session.  The PCG signature needs to occur to mark the end of the visit - before the PCG signs, adjust times as needed on the PCG signature page to reflect accurate visit times.  After the PCG signs, the visit times cannot be edited on the therapist signature page.   If you still need to make clinical edits to the visit, please do so before you sign and submit the note.
