It is important to make sure that you are entering the client's medications in CubHub.
AND...
be sure to double-check the medications at re-eval.
Medications Imported During CubHub Transition
It is especially important that you double check the medications that were imported during the Cubhub transition.Â
Re-eval is the perfect time to make sure everything is correct.
How will I know there is an issue with import?
Medications that were incorrectly imported during our Cubhub transition will show Route as Other and both Dosage and Frequency fields will be blank.
To remain compliant with Texas Regulations, all medications should have Route, Dosage, and Frequency completed.
