At 06.00 the students were in front of the school and the teacher guests were met at the hotel at 5.45. The bus went to the school to take the students too for the trip to Cappadocia. After an hour of the trip we arrived to Pozantı but there was a heavy snow. The Turkish coordinators got a call from the guide who was expected to join the group in the underground city and he said that the schools were closed for two days because of the heavy snow and the roads were closed. So after a meeting with the teacher guests, it was decided not to keep on going to Cappadocia and to go to another city called Tarsus. In Tarsus we visited ST Pauls well, the church, the covered bazaar, a Turkish bath called HAMAM and an old mosque. Then we departed to another city called Mersin which is 80 KM far away from Adana. We visited a shopping center, had lunch and went to the seaside to drink some hot things. At the end of the day we went to a local Turkish delight shop and bought some sweets. At about 8 pm we arrived in Adana. We stopped in front of the school and dropped off the students to their hosting families and went to the hotel.
