One whose those manifestations are (both) with form & formless, such a Narayana (Lord), let us worship in the beginning.

sagun - (god) with form
sevita - on serving
nirgun - formless (god)
ye - comes
haati - in hand
nirgunaa-chi - of the formless (god)
prapti - attainment
aarambhi - at the start, in the beginning

On serving the god with form, the formless god comes in hand. The attainment of the formless god is not (directly) in the beginning.

The real feeling of complete faith, this itself, gives the reward, the dirt of non-devotion on having been cleared.
chahaad dutondya aisa naarad muni | pari jhaalaa tarani prahladaa-te ||
chahaad - vilifier, one who sets quarrels by reporting tales of one another
dutondya - double speaker, one who speaks in favor of both sides under different circumstances.

prahladaa-te - for Prahlad
A vilifier, a double speaker, such is the sage Narada, but he became the uplifter for Prahlad
Sage Narada gave instructions in devotional service to the mother of the great devotee Prahlad Maharaj. At this time Prahlad maharaj was still in his mother's womb, yet he received those instructions & after taking birth became a greatest devotee of the Lord. This is inspite of the fact that Prahlad Maharaj was born in the family of Asuras (demons), who by thier very nature possess demonical qualities.

Do not ever get deluded by outward pretention. For the kite-fly (insect) there is cheating near the lamp.

Dasganu says just as the swan, leaving aside the water, does take by searching, (only) the milk.
(The swan has got the ability to separate milk from water, with it's beak)

ukirdaa - dirt, dunghill, garbage-heap

The Mumukshu is the clever judger (whereas) the irreligious person is the hen cock. The hen cock feels the garbage heap as sweet
(the irreligious person even after coming near the diamond (Sai baba) fails to recognise his worth & considers him as an ordinary stone. His liking is towards garbage i.e. wordly indulgences. The Mumukshu makes the most of this diamond)

naamaabhi-dhaa - name
jayaa-chi - one whose
shobhe - befits, looks good

anaathaan-chi - of the orphans, of the helpless

One whose name, befits as baba Sai. The mother of the helpless, she is herself, know (this).

maajha - my, mine
guru-raaj - king of gurus, Guru-king

My Guru-king (Sai baba) is the water of Ganga. Dasganu offers forehead unto his feet.
