175 - channing vs. channing

March 11, 1988: Maggie (ex-Gioberti) Channing realized she had more things in common with Sue Ellen Ewing than any other "Falcon Crest" character, especially in drinking speed!! Her recent marriage to Angela´s son Richard turned out to be a real nightmare for her since she initially refused to believe what he was able to do to gain more power (as if five years of listening to Chase Gioberti´s daily complaints were useless...!). At the same time, Angela schemed to get weekly access to her grandson Michael, the "new" Vickie (Dana Sparks) and hubbie Eric were MIA, Dan Fixx´ presumed sister Carly (played by vixen Jayne Mansfield´s daughter Mariska Hargitay, now Law & Order SVU famous) caused trouble here and there, Lance searched for Richard´s dirty laundry and Frank Agretti (Rod Taylor, the man who saved Tippi Hedren from "The Birds") confessed to his niece Melissa that he was dying and had a map that was going to be pivotal in the upcoming cliffhanger. Not long after that, Frank got into a coma accidentally and that witch Angela blamed Melissa for that! Poor, poor Melissa...

Junio de 1989: Maggie (ex Gioberti) Channing se daba cuenta de que tenía más en común con Sue Ellen Ewing que cualquier otro personaje de "Falcon Crest", sobre todo en cuanto a beber se refiere...Su reciente boda con el hijo de Angela resultó ser una auténtica pesadilla para ella porque se negaba a creer de lo que era capaz por aumentar su poder (como si 5 años escuchando las quejas diarias de Chase Gioberti no hubieran servido de nada...). Al mismo tiempo, Angela intrigaba para conseguir el derecho a visitar a su nieto Michael, la "nueva" Vickie (Dana Sparks) y su marido Eric estaban "desaparecidos", la presunta hermana de Dan Fixx, Carly (interpretada por la hija de la voluptuosa Jayne Mansfield, Mariska Hargitay, hoy famosa por "Ley y orden: Víctimas especiales") causaba problemas a todos, Lance investigaba los trapos sucios de Richard, y Frank Agretti (Rod Taylor, el hombre que rescató a Tippi Hedren de "Los pájaros") confesaba a su sobrina Melissa que se estaba muriendo y tenía un mapa que resultaría decisivo en el cliffhanger que se avecinaba. Poco después, Frank entraba en coma a causa de un accidente y la bruja de Angela culpaba de ello a Melissa. Pobre, pobre Melissa...
