On April 17, 2020, I created a Zoom account under ROJoson Telemedical Consultation or for use of ROJoson Telemedical Consultation.
I also had a Google account to use Hangouts and Facebook Messenger for my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation.
On May 17, 2020, I finally got to use my Zoom account after experimenting it with a patient (Magpoc) when I realized I needed rooms for improvement in the video chat in Facebook Messenger and Hangouts like resolutions, patient teaching, recording, etc.
After using it on May 17, 2020, I found Zoom better in terms of resolutions, patient teaching and furthermore, I can save the proceedings.
Example of clearer resolution in the video chat.
Example of online drawings that I did in my explanation and discussion of a diagnosis and treatment plan for a patient with anal cancer on May 17, 2020 using an online "whiteboard."
Before Zoom, I usually used a visual aid using a paper or cardboard, showing it in the video chat to the patient and relative and at the same time, doing my explanation holding the visual aid. It has been a little tedious to hold the visual aid while doing explanation with scribbling some notes and adding more drawings and illustrations.
From hereon, I will use Zoom for my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation with support from Facebook Messenger and Email.
