Had a telemedical consultation with a patient from Naga (presched for Nov 24).
Upon starting the video, I was surprised to see her in a car. I asked her why there in the car and not at home. She was with her daughter. They answered that the Internet signal at home was bad, They have to go (drive) somewhere to look for place where there was a good signal (Most of the Internet services were crippled by the recent spates of typhoons.) I was concerned with the privacy of her place as I had to examine her breasts. They retorted - no problem, as the glasses of the car are tinted. The audio in Zoom was bad so we had to transfer to FB messenger (video -chat). All went well with the telemedical consultation (with the patient in a car). MUSING (first time for me to have elective formal telemedical consultation with a patient inside a car and it can be done if indicated because of the situation).
