To facilitate the ROJoson Telemedical Consultation for patients with possible breast cancer and with history of breast cancer, pictures, both still and video, should be taken prior and sent to ROJoson prior to start of the consult.
The pictures can be sent through the chat boxes of:

Still Pictures
Both breasts or both chest areas, with arms down on the sides, from chin level to just below the navel, front view, as illustrated. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]

Both breasts or both chest areas (for those with removal of one or two breasts), with arms raised, from chin level to just below the navel, front view, as illustrated. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
Right and left side views, with arms down, of breasts or chest areas, as illustrated. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
Right and left side views, with arms raised, of breasts or chest areas, as illustrated. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
If there is an abnormality or unusual finding on one breast or chest area noted, take additional front and side views with focus on the abnormality or unusual finding, as illustrated. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
Video pictures
Video 1: Take video pictures of both breasts or chest areas, with arms on the sides and then arms raised, from chin level to just below the navel, front view (as instructed in the still pictures). [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
Video 2: Take video pictures of side views of both breasts or chest areas, with arms on the sides and then arms raised. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
Video 3: If there is an abnormality or unusual finding on one breast or chest area noted, take video pictures of the abnormality or unusual finding, front and side views and from all angles. [DO NOT INCLUDE FACE.]
AFTER THE PICTURES (STILL AND VIDEO) ARE SENT TO ROJOSON AND AFTER HE HAS SCRUTINIZED THEM, HE MAY ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PICTURES TO BE TAKEN.
SCRUTINIZING THE STILL PICTURES AND VIDEOS SENT FORMS PART OF THE INSPECTION OF THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF ROJOSON. ROJOSON WILL SCRUTINIZE THESE PICTURES TOGETHER WITH THOSE PICTURES SEEN ON WEBCAM DURING THE VIDEO MEDICAL CONSULTATION.
THE STILL PICTURES AND VIDEOS SENT ARE EXPECTED TO BE CLEARER THAN THOSE SEEN FROM THE CAMERA OF THE COMPUTER, LAPTOP, IPAD, AND SMART PHONES.
