It has been ROJoson's practice to give a record of the medical consultation to patients.
I have been doing this as early as 1995 (have to validate this - if not, not later than 2005) in my ROJoson Medical Clinic face-to-face consultation.
I have continued this practice in March 17, 2020 when I started my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation.
