Helpful and Informative

It has been a little over a month since my last telemedical consultation and I was looking forward to meeting with Doctor Rey. He has this manner of reassuring you that everything is okay. At least, that is how I feel. The past month with the new meds has brought a little anxiety due to the effect that the meds had on me. There were times I felt nauseous, dizzy, my eyes hurt and at times I find myself sleeping even after I just woke up. You could just imagine my relief when I realised , through the prodding of Doc Rey, that it indeed wasn’t often. My fears, anxiety and what not disappeared. Maybe I just needed to see and hear Doc Rey and realise that everything is ok and that there are improvements in my condition. Thank you for being the best, Doctor Rey! See you in 27 days!

Awesome & effective medical exam during pandemic

I will suggest that once in a while this method will be used for follow up chekup for busy patients and provided furher that follow up visits will not require any methods or procedure to be done.

Great method in time of pandemic

I really appreciated the online consultation with Dr. Joson via Zoom for our helper's condition. We didn't have to go to a physical clinic given the pandemic. I appreciate how Doc took the time to explain the situation clearly and in layman's terms for us to understand. He even made an illustration to help us understand our helper's condition. (My first time to experience this!) The next steps and instructions given were very clear. Needless to say, I'm very very satisfied with the online consultation with Dr. Joson.

If applicable, it is best to have the tools/instruments prepared ahead of time before the telemedical consultation starts. Thank you.

Whenever my schedule for a teleconsultation comes up I somehow feel relieved whenever it is over. The reason for this is that Dr Rey has a manner that somehow relaxes you and reassures you, that even if you are going through difficulties, such as an illness, you are in good hands. He explains the condition you have in a way that you would be able to understand. He gives you options and explains them well, and whatever decisions you both come up with is a joint effort on both your part. Thank you Dr Rey! You really are a great doctor.

Inform the patient a day before regarding the schedule of the tele consultation.

The consultation becomes a learning experience for me and my sister (who is with me during the entire time). It gives me a clear view of my medical condition as well as my options as to how to address such condition. It might be less than a physical consultation because of the lack of physical contact but more in terms of patient empowerment (patient being self sufficient in self examination).

He is very knowledgeable and explains things and empowers you. All in all, though I was a bit scared for while, I was confident about what was happening because of Dr Joson. Thank you Dr Rey Joson.

The past few days had been stressful since I was very much concerned about where to have my breast ultrasound. The last time I was scheduled to have one, I had a difficult time as to where I could have the procedure done. You see, because of the ECQ all hospitals I went to inquire were all concentrating on the Covid 19 cases and asked me to come back once the quarantine was lifted. Thanks to a friend I was able to have the procedure done. I also got the results a few minutes after. This morning I had to procure a travel permit to be able to have the procedure done again. Yes, I got the results a few minutes afterwards. As soon as I sent the the results to Dr Rey Joson he sent a message requesting pictures and video. He called to continue the consultation. I really am blessed to have him as my doctor. Despite the consultations done online he is so good at diagnosing as if you are consulting face to face. I felt relieved and safe with him. I am so thankful that i was referred to him. There was a time where I felt lost and uncertain as to what will happen to me since I just met Dr Rey a few days before the quarantine was declared. Dr Rey had a way of reaching his patients through his ROJOSON TELEMEDICAL CONSULTATION. Thank you for being there to help and serve us Dr Joson.

I'm glad that Dr Joson created this initiative of doing tele consultation. It was hard at setting up the call but the consultation helped me a lot in understanding my situation and doing my responsibility to do breast examination once a week. The procedures were well explained before it was done. It was also nice that an additional visual aid was sent for a more clearer picture on how to go about it.

I would say its a very easy way for consultation no need to spend hours waiting and its very applicable to patients residing in a very remote place.

I was scheduled to have my follow up check up on July 2nd week, didn’t feel ok so I had to contact the good doctor if it was possible to have it today at so short notice. He accommodated my request and now my mind is set at ease. Thank you so much Doctor Rey.

I was able to send the results of the required procedure (breast ultrasound) this afternoon. Dr Rey Joson was able to schedule a follow up as continuation of the consultation last saturday. I was expecting him to call tomorrow. He was very thorough with his examination, instructions and he was able to put me at ease. He was also able to answer all our questions.
