NOTE 1: I will adjust the consultation fees accordingly to PFD - Patients with Financial Disability or People with Financially Disability.
NOTE 2: I will adjust the consultation fees (meaning give discount) to senior citizens and persons with disability.

Initial Screening and Evaluation and Referral to Preferred Specialist
Policies:
ROJoson Telemedical Consultation services include initial screening of concerns even if at first glance, they are not within the specialty of Dr. Joson.
After evaluation, proper referral to competent and compassionate specialists is facilitated by Dr. Joson, either for another telemedical consultation with the referred specialist or face-to-face medical consultation.
Looking for the ROJoson's preferred specialists is part of ROJoson Telemedical Consultation.
Thus, there is a consultation fee involved. Fee will depend on complexity of case; length of telemedical consultation; degree of difficulty of referring to preferred specialists, etc.

Some friends on Facebook assume they can consult me anytime any case on Facebook for free.
Asking questions on ROJoson Facebook Messenger, Viber, Email and Cellphone on health concerns automatically constitutes telemedical consultation. NOT FREE all the time.
Fee will depend on complexity of case; length of questions and answers; etc.

Scope of ROJoson Telemedical Consultation:
ROJoson Telemedical Consultation approximates the standard ROJoson's face-to-face medical consultation with patients in his ROJoson Medical Clinic.
- Greeting
- Getting to know the patient (personal data)
- Eliciting concern or reason for consultation
- Gathering data to be used in arriving to a primary clinical diagnosis [symptom data; data on previous and past medical treatment; sign data - inspection (looking at the patient's body and pointed area/s of concern with still and video pictures) and physician-guided patient-self-palpation reinforced by a companion-palpation of areas of concern with still and video pictures]
- Reviewing patient's previous and past medical records
- Doing medical recording in a stationary which contains primary clinical diagnosis; explanations; recommendations
- Discussing with patient to come out with shared decision-making and informed consent on treatment plan
- Educating patients
A scanned medical record will be given to the patient. Patient shall acknowledge understanding and receipt of the medical record.
