Side note on "Usefulness of Past Medical Records" issued by me before:

This patient texted me: "Doc, this is EE your patient last march 3 my first chemo, then 2nd was supposedly last march 24 but due to covid 19 we were no able to meet, my problem right now is my left arm, it is swollen and sometimes it is very painful."

I asked from her the previous medical records given by me to her. She had them. They facilitated our consultation.
