Reevaluation (March 25, 2020)
Primary diagnosis on March 21, 2020 - flu, mild
With history of exposure to a COVID-19 patient, have to consider COVID-19 infection but mild (though no confirmatory test - and no need).
Since he is recovering well (no more fever), will just monitor for a few more days (14 days of observation from March 14, 2020 - up to March 27, 2020) .
If no more symptoms by March 27, diagnosis will be systemic viral infection, not specified (cannot label him as COVID-19 infection as there is no test).
