In March 17, 2020, I formally started my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation. As early as February 28, 2020, when I launched my ROJoson’s OLETE on Novel Coronavirus, a public health education online module in the prevention and management of COVID19 in the Philippines, I was already anticipating the need for ROJoson Telemedical Consultation for the public and most important of all, for my current and former patients. I have been doing telemedical consultation even prior to the COVID19 crisis. What I did was just to make it more structured.
On March 10, 2020, I seriously thought about it. On March 14, 2020, I brainstormed with my daughter on how to formalize the project. On March 17, 2020, I formally launched it.

So, my advice to my patients, especially the current ones and especially those with breast and thyroid cancers who need to be check-up for possible recurrences, is to avail of my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation.
Don’t wait for the COVID19 crisis to subside to see me in my clinic in Manila Doctors Hospital.
One, nobody knows when the COVID19 crisis will completely subside.
Second, I have announced in public that the earliest day that I will resume my clinic in Manila Doctors Hospital will be on February 2, 2021. I have declared my COVID19 Quarantine and Sabbatical Leave up to February 1, 2021. I will not have any face-to-face medical consultation with any patients until February 2, 2021. This date may be extended depending on the situation.
Third, all cancer patients need regular check-up for possible recurrences. Check-ups can be done online through my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation. The risk for COVID19 infection in telemedical consulation is zero as there is no face-to-face consultation. Moreover, I have structured my ROJoson Telemedical Consultation in such a way that it approximates the face-to-face medical consultation, particularly in terms of accuracy.
Lastly, don’t wait for me to go back to my clinic to have regular face-to-face check-ups with me. You and I don’t like to be in a situation that is called “too little too late” – blaming someone for not doing enough to prevent a problem and for taking action only after the problem had become very bad.

FOR FORMAL STRUCTURED COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION (with medical recording)
Initial or long consultation:
30-min session = P3000
45-min session = P4000
60-min session = P5000
More than 60-minute session = P6000
Follow-up consultation:
15-min session = P2000
FOR INFORMAL QUESTION-AND-ANSWER CONSULTATION using FB Messenger, Viber, Email or Cellphone (without formal medical recording) [Note: an initial FORMAL STRUCTURED COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION with medical recording is required.]
not more than 15-minute session = P1500
not more than 10-minute session = P1000
NOTE: I will adjust the consultation fees accordingly to PFD - Patients with Financial Disability or People with Financially Disability.
