Installation OpenShift Local 2.34 on Windows 11

Download OpenShift Local (see reference 'Red Hat OpenShift Local') and execute crc-windows-amd64.msi

In a fully update Windows 11 Pro (no home edition):

Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447)

the installer shows message:

"Red Hat OpenShift Local requires the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709) or newer."

and the installation was not possible. No solution found.
