ATMM之使用目的

ATMM Usage Purpose

Purpose : Optimize the operating frequency of the tuned probe.

Method : Utilize the atma or atmm command.

Coordinate : Execute rpar first, then atmm 

(where rpar reads in experimental parameters, and atmm tunes the probe).


Correct Usage Consequences:

The nuclear species of the probe aligns with atmm, consistent with the parameters macro (par), resulting in signals in heteronuclear experiments.


Incorrect Usage Consequences:

The probe's nuclear species frequency may be inconsistent with par, leading to no signals in heteronuclear experiments. Additionally, the probe and RF amplifier (transmitter) may experience energy loss due to improper reflection.

Conclusion : When using a BBFO probe for heteronuclear experiments, remember to use ATMM to protect the instrument.


1H Measurement:

For 1H spectrum measurement, as the frequency is fixed, there is no need for atma or atmm. Instead, execute rpar, getprosol, rga, and zg for testing 

(Note: Except for quantitative 1H and 2D or 90-pulse width measurements).

X Measurement:

1) Use atmm and observe if the frequency is in the correct position.

2) If the curve frequency is near the tuning and matching intersection, no adjustment is 

     needed; exit and start zg.

4) If all else fails, then use atma.







 ATMM之使用目的


目的:調諧探頭之最佳操作頻率 

方法:利用atma或 atmm 指令完成 

配合:先 rpar;再 atmm

(rpar是讀入實驗參數; atmm是探頭調諧)


正確之使用後果:

探頭核種因atmm變換後與par(參數巨集)一致,異核實驗才有訊號

 

不正確使用後果:

探頭核種頻率可能與par不一致,異核實驗沒有訊號。另探頭及射頻放大 (transmitter)器將因能量不當反射而耗損

結論:BBFO探頭作異核實驗時,請記得ATMM以保護儀器


 

測1H:

 

測1H譜時,因頻率固定,

不需要 atma 也不需要 atmm ,

在 rpar,  getprosol,  rga , zg就可測試

(注意:定量1H及2D 或90脈寛測定除外)

 

測  X :


1)請使用 atmm ,觀察頻率是否在正確之處

 

2)若是曲線頻率約在tuning 及matching交點處,就不須調整,直接exit,開始zg

 

3)若是曲線與交接處偏離甚遠,

      請耐心按壓箭號來調整,

      按壓時要注意,

      要邊按邉等待並觀察結果,

      不得連續快壓,

      ATM 一旦損壞,

      至少需18- 24 個月才能來回德國。
