ATMM Usage


The BBFO probe has 2 channels: one is fixed for 1H, and the other is broadband for X nucleus (ranging from 19F to 15N).


1H Detection:


Due to the fixed frequency for normal routine 1H experiments, ATMM is not required. Tuning is needed only for quantitative experiments and 2D experiments.


X(BB) Detection:


1) Type ATMM in the command line, wait, and check the wobble curve to ensure it is placed correctly at the cross point of tuning and matching axes.


2) If the wobble curve is correctly placed, leave it and exit.


3) If the wobble curve strays away from the cross point, please click the arrow on the prompt table step by step carefully to move the dip point to the cross point.


4) The horizontal axis represents tuning, and the vertical axis represents matching.


5) Adjust the ATM only step by step, not continuously, to prevent damage to the ATM.

ATMM 的使用

 

BBFO 探頭有二頻道,一為 1H 固定頻道、另一為 BB 寬頻

 

測 1H :

測 1H 譜時,因頻率固定,不需要 atm

在 rpar, getprosol, rga, zg 就可測試

(注意:定量 1H 及 2D 或 90 脈寛測定除外)

 


測 X(BB) :

1)用 atmm,觀察頻率是否在正確之處

2)若是曲線頻率約在 tuning 及 matching 交點處就不須調整,直接      exit,開始 zg

3)若是曲線與交接處偏離甚遠, 請耐心按壓箭號來調整,按壓時要注意,要邊按邉等並觀察結果,不得連續快壓, ATM損壞,需要許多 個月才能來回德國

4)水平軸代表調諧 (tuning),垂直軸代表匹配 (matching)

5調整 ATM 時僅逐步進行,勿連續調整,以防止對 ATM 造成損壞。
