 1.   After 13C experiment , take the DEPT expts directly without atmm again.

     (測完 13C 後再連續測 dept, 就不需要 atmm)

 DEPT90 : Acqu

2.   edc (create a new expno)

      (設新的 expno, expno 為置放實驗 fid 處, procno 為置放數據處理區)

      (Note: expno for fid raw data, procno for processing data)

3.   rpar bbfo_13C_dept90 (read in the parameter set of expt, eg: acqu, proc, plot, title etc)

4.   getprosol (get the correct pulse width and power lever with the current probehead)

5.   ns 256 (ns = 8 ~ 1024) It depends on concentration.

6.   rga (receiver gain auto adjust)

7.   zg

 8.   edc (create another new expt)

 9.   rpar bbfo_13C_dept135

 10.   getprosol

 11.   rga

 12.   ns 256 (ns = 8 ~ 1024) 

 13.   zg (zero and go)

   *  use halt to terminate the acquisition. 

   *  use tr for data transfer to temporary area without interrupting acquisition.

   *  use efp to (em) exponential multiplication and (ft) fourier transformation

       and (pk) phase correction.
