DEPT Expt - ACQU

1. After 13C experiment , take the DEPT expts directly without atmm again.

(測完 13C 後再連續測dept, 就不需要atmm)

DEPT90 : Acqu

2. edc (create a new expno)

(設新的expno , expno為置放實驗fid處, procno為置放數據處理區)

(Note: expno for fid raw data, procno for processing data）

3. rpar bbfo_13C_dept90 (read in the parameter set of expt, eg: acqu,proc,plot,title etc)

4. getprosol (get the correct pulse width and power lever with the current probehead)

5. ns 256 (ns = 8~1024) It depends on concentration.

6. rga (receiver gain auto adjust)

8. edc (create another new expt)

12. ns 256 (ns = 8 ~ 1024)

13. zg (zero and go)

* use halt to terminate the acquisition.

* use tr for data transfer to temporary area without interrupting acquisition.

* use efp to (em)exponential multiplication and (ft) fourier transformation

and (pk)phase correction.
