DEPT experiment and Phasing
For DEPT experiment, peak phase with upside is positive.
Peak phase with downward is negative.
Experiment
For DEPT45, it yield CH, CH2 and CH3 with positive phase.
For DEPT90 ,only yield CH and it was phase up.
For DEPT135, CH, CH3 are phase up and CH2 is down.
Plotting
Finally, you have to check out that all phase in (DEPT90, DEPT135) should be in consistence.
Adjust the intensity of the peaks in each experiment(slice) so that it results in same height for the same peaks .
