The more D in D-solvent, the easier it is to lock the magnetic field.
The more D there are, the smaller the Lock Power required to lock the magnetic field.
When pressing Lock, make sure to select the right solvent, so that the chemical shifts in the spectrum will be correct.
If there are more than 2 D-solvents with different chemical shifts, such as CD3OD, DMF, Toluene, THF, Pyridine, etc., pay attention to whether the magnetic field is locked correctly (can be judged by the chemical shifts in the spectrum). If the locking is incorrect, manual locking is required.
For manual locking, the Lock Phase needs to be adjusted to the same height before locking.
For automatic locking, press Auto Lock Phase to adjust automatically.
(1) If manual locking is used, adjust the Lock Phase to the same phase using the manual method.
(2) If auto-lock is used, adjust using the auto-lock phase.
(1) Check if deuterated solvent is added.
(2) Check if the solvent is locked.
(3) Check if the standard homogeneous field value (rsh bbfo) is read in.
(4) Check if the deuterated solvent is 4 cm.
(5) Check if the Lock Phase is correct.
(6) Check if Lock Power and Lock Gain are appropriate.
(7) Use a gauge to check if the position of the deuterated solvent is correct (2.0 cm depth).
(1) Adjust the DC key in bsmsdisp.
(2) Adjust the Lock Gain in bsmsdisp.
(3) Adjust the Lock Power in bsmsdisp.
Check if the lock light is flashing.
(1) If the light is stable, reduce Lock Power and Lock Gain.
(2) If the light is unstable, increase the values of Lock Gain and Lock Power.
D-solvent 中 D 數目越多越容易鎖定磁場
D 數目越多,鎖定磁場之所需之 Lock Power 越小
按壓 Lock 時一定要選對溶劑,圖譜之化學位移才會正確
若有 2 個以上不同位移之 D-solvent 如 CD3OD、DMF、Toluene、
THF、Pyridine 等,需留意是否鎖對磁場(可由圖譜化學位移判斷)。
若鎖場不正確,需要改由手動鎖場
手動鎖場在鎖場之前,需將 Lock Phase 左右調一樣高
自動鎖場在鎖場之後,按壓 Auto Lock Phase 自動調整之
換言之:
(1)若使用 manual 法鎖場,就用 manual 方式將 lock phase 左右相位調平
(2)若使用 auto lock 鎖場,就用 auto lock phase 調整
(1) 檢查是否有加氘溶劑
(2) 檢查是否 lock 對溶劑
(3) 檢查是否讀進標準勻場值 (rsh bbfo)
(4) 檢查氘溶劑是否有 4 公分
(5) 檢查 Lock Phase 是否正確
(6) 檢查 Lock Power,Lock Gain 是否適當
(7) 用 gauge 檢查氘溶劑之位置是否正確 (2.0 cm depth)
(1) 調整 bsmsdisp 中的 DC 鍵
(2) 調整 bsmsdisp 中的 Lock Gain
(3) 調整 bsmsdisp 中的 Lock Power
檢查 lock 燈是否有閃爍
(1) 若燈號穩定,將 lock power 及 lock gain 減少
(2) 若燈號不穩定,增加 lock gain 及 lock power 之值
