90 pulse width calibration
Place the sample in the magnet, initiate a new file in edc, and load the 1H parameter file (par).
Perform lock, shim, rga, and atmm for tuning and matching.
In eda or the command line, modify parameters:
Change pulprog = zg30 to pulprog = zg.
Set p1 = 2 u, ns = 1, ds = 0.
Execute zg, ft, apk (note: apk is used for reference phase).
Alternatively, enter the phase mode to manually adjust the phase, ensuring it is set positively as a reference phase.
Note: Reference phase adjustment should not use the pk command.
Note: Throughout the entire process, refrain from using rga arbitrarily; rg needs to
remain consistent.
Adjust the parameters for B662 or A525:
For B662: Set p1 = 29-30 u.
For A525: Set p1 = 31-32 u (estimated value for 180 degrees).
Execute zg, ft, pk, and observe the positive and negative phase changes of the
peak.
If the positive phase is higher:
Increase the value of p1 u until the positive phase height is approximately equal to the negative phase.
Divide the obtained value by 2 to get the 90 pulse width.
Adjustments during the search for the 180 pulse width should use the pk command.
If the negative phase is higher:
Decrease the value of p1 u until the positive phase height is approximately equal to the negative phase.
Divide the obtained value by 2 to get the 90 pulse width.
Notes:Adjustments during the search for the 180 pulse width should use the pk
command.
Notes:The phase adjustment for each pulse width change should be in the range
of 0.2 u to 1 u.
The pulse width values for each par file can be found in eda.
B662: getprosol 1H (14.5) - 10.28 (replace the brackets with the correct 90 pulse width, without brackets).
A525: getprosol 1H (15.5) - 9.96 (replace the brackets with the correct 90 pulse width, without brackets).

樣品置入磁體中,edc 建立新檔案,讀進 1H 的參數檔(par),
作好鎖場、勻場、 rga 、 atmm 作 tuning 及 matching,
在 eda 或指令列中修改參數,將 pulprog = zg30 改為 pulprog = zg,
p1 = 2 u, ns = 1, ds = 0, zg, ft, apk, (注意: 是 apk ~ 參考相位用)
又或者進入 phase mode 以手動方式調整相位,
此時相位應將其調為正向,當作參考相位。
注意 : 參考相位不能用 pk 指令去調整,
注意 : 以下整個過程中不能再任意使用 rga, rg 需要始終一致
設定 (B662) p1 = 29~30 u, 或 (A525) p1 = 31~32 u (180 度之預估值)
zg, ft, pk 後觀察峰的相位正負的消長;
若正相位比較高
則再增加 p1 的 u 數,
至到 zg, ft, pk 後正相位的高度近似於負相位的高度,
所得之值除以 2 即為 90 脈寬。
注意 : 尋找 180 脈寬過程中的相位調整一律用 pk
(惟參考相位 p1 = 2 u 除外,參考相位使用 apk)
若負相位比較多
則再減少 p1 的 u 數,
至到正相位的高度近似於負相位的高度。
所得之值除以 2 即為 90 脈寬。
注意 : 尋找 180 脈寬過程 的相位調整一律用 pk。
(參考相位(p1 = 2 u)除外)
注意 : 每次脈寬的增減值以 0.2 u ~ 1 u 為宜。
(在 eda 中可找到每個 par 中 p1 相關 pulse width 值)
