2D - TOCSY – ACQU
(Two-dimensional Proton-Proton Total Correlation Spectroscopy)
Insert the sample, lock the field, shim, and perform tuning and matching (atmm) for hydrogen nuclei.
Measure the 90-degree pulse width for 1H.
Measure the 1D 1H spectrum -> For plotting, use it as a side plot for F2/F1 projection.
Use rpar bbfo_tocsy all.
Retrieve processing parameters (getprosol or gpro).
Set the 90-degree pulse width of 1H as p1.
Reduce receiver gain (rg) slightly.
Set ns to 4-16.
Set 1 td = 512.
Acquire zg (get a 2D spectrum).
Note: Data from TOCSY experiments may require phase adjustment and noise reduction processing as necessary.
Note: If the water peak or solvent peak in the sample is too strong, it may need to be addressed separately.
Note: expt can be used to check the time required for the experiment.
