臺大化學系 Bruker NMR 

Preamble for Platform Establishment:

1. This platform is designed to assist beginners within National Taiwan University in mastering the basic experiments using the NTU 400 NMR within a short period, facilitating progress in research.

2. The privilege to use the Bruker 400/400/600 NMR is granted through practical training and certification.

3. In addition to a simplified manual, users are encouraged to refer to the original manual provided by Bruker (accessible in Topspin's help section).

4. In the current challenging financial climate, fees are applicable for the use of all NMR instruments. Self-testing incurs charges, and utilizing someone else for testing requires additional fees.

5. The 400/600 MHz liquid-state NMR instruments in A525 and the 400 MHz NMR instrument in B662 are all owned by the Department of Chemistry. Payments should therefore be made to the Department of Chemistry. 

6. If the sample is exceptionally scarce, it is recommended to utilize the services of the Instrument Center (500 NMR/800 NMR) for testing. This option is not only time and cost-efficient but also reliable. The NMR services at the Instrument Center are available for projects funded by the National Science Council and private enterprises.

7. Please be aware that the macros and related functionalities within the platform are designed for instruments within the Department of Chemistry at National Taiwan University and may not be applicable elsewhere.    

平台建立之序言       

1.   此平台是為了幫助臺大校內初學者在短時間內學會使用臺大化學系 Bruker NMR 基本實驗以利研究的進行。

2.   Bruker 400/400/600 NMR 的使用權利是經過練習及考照取得。

3.   除簡易手冊外，使用者可自行閱讀 Bruker 提供之原文版 manual. (存於Topspin 的 help)。

4.   在經費日益困難之今日，所有 NMR 都需要收費；自行測定要收費，找人代測更需要收費。

5.   液態 400/600 NMR (A525) 和 400 NMR (B662) 儀器全部屬於化學系，受款對象為化學系。

6.   若樣品非常稀，建議至貴儀中心 (500 NMR/800 NMR) 送測，省時省錢外尚靠譜，貴儀中心的 NMR 服務對象是國科會計劃及私人企業。    

7.   請注意，平台內容中之相關巨集是設於臺大化學系的儀器中，不適用於他處。
