改變測試範圍 - Changing Detection range
Changing the Test Range:
If the test range exceeds the standard range (17 ppm to -5 ppm) and a larger detection range is needed (e.g., 200 ppm), o1p and sw (ppm) can be adjusted to achieve the goal.
Experimental Procedure:
(Lift, lock, shim)
Use rpar bbfo_h1 all.
Determine the bandwidth of the test range, sw (ppm) = Chemical shift at the far left (downfield) f1p - Chemical shift at the far right (upfield) f2p.
Set o1p = (f1p + f2p) / 2, where o1p is the center position of the test range.
getprosol
Run receiver gain adjust (rga).
Set ns to 1; acquire zg (get a spectrum).
Check the range with fp.
Set ns to 80.
Acquire zg again.
Note 1: o1 = o1p is the observed frequency of channel 1, which represents the center position of the test range.
Note 2: sw = sweep width (ppm/Hz), which represents the full spectral width.
改變測試範圍
測試範圍若超過制式之範圍(17ppm to -5ppm),
需要更大之偵測範圍時(例如 200ppm),
可改變o1p 及sw (ppm)以達成目的。
實驗步驟:
1) (lift, lock, shim)
2) rpar bbfo_h1 all
3) 預定測試範圍頻寬 sw (ppm) = 最左邊(downfield)之化學位移 f1p - 最右邊(upfield)之化學位移 f2p
4) o1p = (f1p + f2p )/2 , o1p為測試範圍之中心位置
5) getprosol
6) rga
7) ns 1 ; zg
8) fp (檢查一下範圍是否正確)
9) ns 80
10) zg

註2 : sw= 全譜寬 sweep width(ppm/Hz)
