Application Process:

For External Departments and Collaborators:

(Please apply directly to the Agilent system)

For the Department of Chemistry:

1. Apply for an NMR account (one account per laboratory).

2. Schedule an NMR training session and practice. Please refer to the Department of Chemistry announcements for available dates.

3. Schedule the written and practical examinations. Please refer to the Department of Chemistry announcements for available dates.

4. After passing the written examination, practical examination, and spectrum processing examination, please email your spectra to the NMR administrator and submit the completed access authorization application form (hard copy) to the administrator.

Payment Process and Methods:

1. The administrator will automatically calculate usage hours based on the computer program installed on the instrument control.

2. The NMR laboratory issues a "National Taiwan University Department of Chemistry Payment Notice" each quarter, sending it via email to the user's supervisor.

3. Print the "National Taiwan University Department of Chemistry Payment Notice" and bring it along with cash to Room #4 at the Department of Chemistry office. Pay the fee to Ms. Chu Hsiao-ju, and receive a receipt on the spot.

Note: Account usage fees are collected quarterly for each account.

Remarks: Only cash payments are accepted, and the payment hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

臺大化學系申請使用流程 :

1. 申請設立帳戶 (以實驗室為單位) 

2. 約定時間上教育訓練及練習，請參閱化學系公告。

3. 約定時間來考試，請參閱化學系公告。

4. 通過 筆試/操作考/光譜處理，請將圖譜  E-mail 給管理員，門禁設定申請書紙本請送交給管理員。

繳費流程及方式：

1. 管理員會依據裝在控制儀器之電腦計時程式，自動計算各個帳戶使用時數。

2.  NMR 實驗室每季開立「國立台灣大學化學系繳款通知單」並以電子郵件寄送至使用者主持人信箱。

3.  請自行列印「國立台灣大學化學系繳款通知單」一式，繳款時，請攜繳款通知單並連同現金，

     至臺大化學系主任辦公室 #1 號櫃台櫃台找朱小姐繳款，完成繳費後可當場取得收據。

注意：每一帳戶每季度都收帳戶使用費。

備註：繳費方式僅接受現金繳款，收費時間為週一至週五上午九點至下午三點。
