We did it.

It sounds as though the decision to postpone AMI meters was a financial one. The commissioners recently heard that the cost doubled. A lot of customers can't pay their bills in the middle of the pandemic so the commissioners think it is unwise to spend a lot of money on AMI until the economy improves.There was no mention of the health effects of smart meters.
