Hot Honey! Hot Honey has been having a moment the last couple of years and I love to have a jar of it made to drizzle on pizzas, sourdough, salads, it can basically be drizzled on anything 🍯🌶️
1 Cup @boynevalleyhoney
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Hot Sauce
Pinch Salt
1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar or any white vinegar.
Add honey, chilli flakes, hot sauce, salt to a pot and heat until it just bubbles. Remove from heat immediately. Mix in vinegar.
Leave to cool and pour into airtight jar and use as needed.
