Ingredients:
50 ml white wine
50 ml sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 chili pepper, finely chopped
Juice of half a lemon
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions:
Salt and pepper the tuna steaks.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixer and blend well.
Pour over the tuna steaks and let marinate for as long as desired.
Grill over as much heat as your appliance allows
