Adjusted recipe (160 g tuna, no mustard)
Ingredients
Tuna in water, 160 g, drained very well
Eggs, 2 large, hard-boiled
Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp (add more only if needed)
Red onion, ~1 tbsp, very finely chopped
Black olives, ~2 tbsp, sliced
Chili pepper, small pinch, minced
Lime juice, 1–2 tsp
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, optional
Method
Drain tuna aggressively.
Chop eggs coarse.
Mix mayo and lime juice first.
Fold in tuna, eggs, then the rest.
Taste, adjust salt and lime, stop early.
