Safety in the workplace in a post-pandemic world

Even after a vaccine is developed, Capt. Sanders knows that the coronavirus will still be around, as potent as it is today. For a safer tomorrow, Capt. Martin Lloyd Sanders offers his insights on a few changes in the workplace that people should expect and, if possible, be comfortable with in the future. New in-office scheduling systems When the threat of COVID-19 has subsided, Capt. Martin Lloyd Sanders tells employees to expect a hybrid approach to employee attendance in offices. Many companies have used this method to have employees work from their homes instead of coming to work or alternate their attendance at the workplace to reduce the number of people in the office. While this is happening now, it will probably carry on until the future.

Increased health exams

Capt. Martin Lloyd Sanders mentions that even if businesses have their employees vaccinated, management will probably implement health checkups a lot more often than they did before the pandemic hit. It is also a sign that this current global health crisis has made everyone more conscious about their health, and businesses are more concerned about their employees' health.
