As Marc Accetta has always imparted, motivation can come from almost anything. Whether from one’s self (which is the best source, really) to friends, loved ones, literature, one’s job, and experiences, to name a few, a person can be motivated by anything they are exposed to.In this blog post, Marc Accetta explores one of the more popular avenues of motivation there is – film. He recognizes the inspirational power of movies and how they’ve changed many people’s lives for the better. Below are three films that Marc Accetta believes to be worth watching.

Rocky (1976): The underdog’s underdog, “Rocky” teaches everyone that even “a bum like him” can rise to the top when given the perfect opportunity. And that’s what Rocky Balboa does. He seizes that one opportunity and makes the most of it, making all our spirits soar in the end.

Rudy (1993): Almost 20 years after “Rocky,” “Rudy” came out. Unlike “Rocky” though, “Rudy” was based on a true story, the life of one Daniel Ruettiger who never gave up on his dreams despite being limited in size and stature. It wasn’t as big of a hit, but “Rudy” became one of the most enduring inspirational movies, commanding a cult following over the decades.Braveheart (1995): Mel Gibson’s historical epic (though as inaccurate as many people care to admit) is incredibly inspirational. At its core is the belief that if one were to truly experience life and freedom and all the things he loves, he should never stop fighting for it.

Marc Accetta is a life coach who believes that facing and overcoming challenges is possible if done with the right mindset. He believes that one must be able to remove doubts and fears, improve self-esteem, and hone personal skills to achieve success. For similar posts, visit this blog.
