Compost Collection Suspended until the end of February

Well the snow may not have been able to stop the compost collection, but running out of space sure has.

Our bins are full as of today, and with the weather so cold at the moment, the activity in the bins is low, and this means that we will not be able to take more kitchen scraps until the temperature outside goes back up.

We will reassess the bins and the weather outlook again at the end of February, and decide about March collection at that time. If the temperature picks up a little we may be able to restart collection for March.

We will send out an email and post to this website at the end of February with an update.
