Community Compost Collection for winter starts on 8 January

Great news, now that the compost curing bin is finished, the Community Compost Collection for winter can start. Starting on 8 January, from 10am to 1pm, the compost collection buckets will be available at the garden gate for you to deposit your kitchen scraps. Please refer to our Composting page for details on what you can and cannot compost.

We are still looking for volunteers to help with the compost collection through the winter - it is very easy to do, and you can sign up through this easy to use website. The instructions for what to do are available on the sign up site, and there will be orientation prior to your first shift n case you have any questions.
