An early spring showing

While down at the garden for this week's compost collect (sundays 10am - 1pm) I noticed that the garden has already started to bloom for spring - with a very early showing from the bulbs. There was even a very winter-hardy leafy green growing - possibly kale, or maybe lettuce - in one plot that was not there a couple of weeks ago.

If the weather remains warm, there should be a sea of colour in the garden by the end of the week by my estimate.
