Proposal for an Action Plan
For Kaikohe Business Association
May 2014
Town Centre Development Group
BACKGROUND
Town centre Business Associations have been established in New Zealand for decades with voluntary executive members contributing their time freely for the greater good of their township. Voluntary subscriptions and funding applications are often the basis of resource and can be utilised to gain results locally and help effect a positive outcome for the local economy.
To enable all organisations to function in the most effective way, plans, whether strategic or action can and should assist the executive to streamline their time to gain the greatest result for their township.
