Treasurer’s Report for 12 months to 31 March 2014:

Income: $20713, plus projects $0, Expenses $50373. In the bank at 31 March 2014 $8835

Moved: that the Financial Report be received.

Moved: That no auditor be appointed for the accounts for the 2013/ 2014 year.

Account Signatories

Moved that the account Signatories be any two of: Joe Nol (Treasurer), Steve Sangster (Chairperson), Elodie Vujcich, Mike Shaw (Secretary) – Mike Shaw to be added to the list of signatories.

Moved: that subscriptions to 31 March 2015 remain the same as for 2014, and that the structure be reviewed before the next AGM.

Chairperson’s Report

Verbal report. Acknowledged Kelly’s help. Biggest project the Wall of Fame. Toilets are now a priority for revamp. Planting day, Information kiosks at each end of town. Funding received for bench seats etc. Need regular newsletters and press releases to communicate what WE are doing. Steve more available now during the week.
