Resolved “that the amended minutes of the meeting of Nov 7 are a true and correct record.” Mark/Joe. Carried
Joe gave a financial report and a verbal report on the CCTV project progress.
Neil Miller gave a report on Kaikohe soccer club.
Leslie Trussler (FNDC) gave a presentation about the FNDC Easter Sunday Trading Policy.
Resolved “that the KBA recommends that Option 2 for the Easter Sunday Trading Policy be communicated to the community board and council.” Sally/John V. Carried. (Shaun against)
Jeremy Wilson (Northern Signs) gave a presentation about his new business.
Mark and Ray gave a report about the progress of electing trustees for the cycleway.
Mark reported on the success of the working bee on Dec 3.
A discussion was held about the Christmas parade.
Sally led a discussion about an information pack for the town and the business association.
Shaun Reilly spoke about the article in the Herald last week.
