Summary of upcoming visits

Joyce Dunbar and Polly Dunbar (British -- mother author & daughter author/illustrator) will be at Tanglin October 11-15.
John Danalis, Australian author and illustrator, will be at Tanglin in late February. NB: He is writing a book about Pulau Ubin.
Edward Hassell, a Tanglin teacher, has written a book called “Troy Story” as part of his mission to make Homer accessible. He is willing to do free visits/workshops in schools -- outside of his school hours. More information to follow -- in the interim, contact one of the Tanglin librarians.
Kirsty Murray, an Australian author, will be at AISS on October 13th.
Sarah Brennan, Hong Kong-based picture book author, will be in Singapore in November for Hands on Literacy and other school visits.
Grant Clark, local author of “Monkey Magic”, is publishing a sequel called “Monkey Madness” (title?) and he is willing to visit schools -- for free.
Monika Schroeder, a teacher at the American Embassy School, New Delhi, India, has a new book coming out.
Marc Levitt, who specialises in third culture kids will be coming to Singapore next spring.
Chris Smith, aka Shambles in Thailand, will be doing an iFollett workshop in Macau, November 8-9, 2010.
Linda Sue Park is coming to SAS in March.
Georgia Heard, a poet and teacher of poetry, will be at SAS at the end of October and may have one free day.
