DISSERTATIONS IN 2015
In 2015 the complexity of the research activity of the undergraduate students increased.
The research group activity targeted the development of a statistical model for the correlation between sensory and instrumental texture measurements for cheeses. This subject will be developed for two more years.
We expect to find in the end one or several reasonable models to estimate the sensory textural attributes of cheeses using instrumental texture measurements.
The following undergraduate students were part of the research group coordinated by Dr Liliana Tudoreanu.
