Sun: Month 1 Assessment

Mon: Weight lifting (arms & chest) Push-ups 1 x 25 reps, Sit-ups 3 x 25 reps

Tue: Push-ups 4 x 25 reps, Sit-ups 4 x 25 reps

Wed: Sit-ups 2 x 25, Weight lifting (back) and 2-mile run on treadmill 16:11

Thurs: Sit-ups 1x25, 2-mile run on treadmill 16:10

Fri: a day of rest

Sat: a day of rest

Notes:

*Either I’m gaining a lot of muscle, or I need to stop eating all the chocolate covered pretzels and oatmeal cookies that have been around the house.
